Recipes kept current

Multi-level BOMs, and the next work order uses the latest.

Batch to customer

Follow a batch from raw material to the invoice it shipped on.

Cost with overheads

Labor, power and rent allocated to every batch.

Rejected lots held

Failed inspections go to quarantine, not to a customer.

What it does

Production, stock and finance. One record.

Raw materials, work in progress and finished goods move through one ledger, so the stock report and the balance sheet agree.

Bills of materials

Multi-level recipes with quantities, scrap allowance and alternative items. Update a BOM and the next work order uses it.

Production planning

Turn open sales orders and reorder levels into a plan, with the raw materials to buy sent to purchasing as requests.

Batches and expiry

Batch numbers with manufacture and expiry dates on raw materials and finished goods, with first-expiry-first-out picking.

Costing with indirect costs

Operating cost per workstation hour plus overheads such as power, rent and supervision, allocated to each batch.

Quality inspections

Incoming, in-process and final checks against your own criteria. Rejected lots are held in quarantine, not shipped.

Subcontracting

Send materials to a subcontractor, see the stock they hold for you, and receive finished goods at the agreed cost.

Cost of sales and e-invoicing

Every delivery posts its cost of sales from stock value, and every B2B invoice goes out as an ETA e-invoice or a ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoice.

B2B quotes and pipeline

Distributor accounts and tenders tracked from first inquiry to signed order, with quotes from your current price list and WhatsApp follow-up.

From line to shelf

Finished goods, ready to sell.

Batches move from production into the warehouse with their expiry dates, ready for the next order.

Batch cost

Every batch, costed in full.

When a work order closes, Prospera adds the materials consumed, the time on each workstation and your overheads, and posts the finished batch at its real cost. Your price list starts from a number you can defend.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Is manufacturing included?

Yes. Bills of materials, production, quality inspections, subcontracting and batch and expiry tracking are all included.

Can we trace a batch if there is a recall?

Yes. Each finished batch records the raw material batches consumed to make it, and the deliveries and invoices it shipped on, so you can find every affected customer.

How are indirect costs added to a batch?

You set an operating cost per workstation hour and add overheads such as power or rent. Prospera allocates them to each work order, so the batch cost includes them.

Do you support subcontracted production?

Yes. You send raw materials to the subcontractor, track the stock they hold for you, and receive finished goods at the agreed service cost plus the materials used.

Do our B2B sales still go through e-invoicing?

Yes. Every sales invoice can be issued as an Egyptian e-invoice to the ETA, and Saudi invoices are ZATCA Phase 2 compliant.
