What happens when the internet goes down?

Tills keep selling, printing receipts and taking cash and card. When the connection returns, every sale uploads, stock updates and pending e-receipts are submitted.

Is there a charge per till or per branch?

No. Tills and branches are unlimited, and offline mode is included. You pay for the people using the system.

What hardware do we need?

Any computer or tablet with a browser, plus your receipt printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer. We confirm compatible models during setup.

Can we run a loyalty program?

Yes. Customers earn and redeem points at the till, and staff commissions are calculated from their sales.
