Is there a first-year discount?
Yes. Your first year costs less: 19% off every licence on monthly billing and 18% on annual billing. From year 2 you pay the standard prices shown above. Server upgrades and services are not discounted.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who works in the system: creates quotes and invoices, posts entries, moves stock, runs payroll or manages customers and projects. Every plan starts with 2 users.
Do you charge for employees on payroll?
No. HR and payroll for every employee are included, and so is the Employee Portal, where each employee sees their payslips, requests leave and time off, submits expenses and takes Prospera LMS courses from any phone browser. You pay only for users. A company with many employees may need a bigger server as it grows, and server upgrades are priced openly above.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is paid yearly and costs less: EGP 1,256 instead of 1,527 for each of the first two users, and EGP 680 instead of 857 for every user after that.
What is Prospera Care?
Every plan includes hours with Prospera experts every month: 1 hour for up to 3 users, 2 hours for 4 to 10, 3 hours for 11 to 25, and 5 hours for 26 or more. Use them for what you need that month: closing the books with an accountant, training a new hire, a report, workflow or dashboard built with standard tools, or a process review. Hours start after go-live, are booked in advance and held remotely during support hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 to 18:00 Cairo time), and do not carry over. Custom code, data migration, new modules and integrations are quoted separately.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Every client gets their own Basic server: 3 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD and 100 GB of backup, not a shared one. As you grow, move up to Professional (4 cores, 8 GB, 160 GB SSD and backup) for EGP 6,540 a month, or Advanced (6 cores, 16 GB, 240 GB SSD and backup) for EGP 10,630 a month. The first-year discount applies to licences, not to server upgrades.
Is setup included?
No. Setup and training are priced for a fixed scope after a free systems review, so you know the full cost before you start.
Are there limits on invoices, clients or branches?
No. Invoices, clients, warehouses, branches and companies never change the bill. Only people do.
Do you have prices for the Gulf and other countries?
Yes, on request. The prices on this page are for companies in Egypt billed in Egyptian pounds.
