Questions

When can we start using it?

Prospera Expenses is planned for the December 2026 release. Book a call to join early access and be first in line.

Does it cost extra?

No separate subscription. Expense claims, the phone app and AI receipt reading come with Prospera ERP. Receipt reading uses your included AI credits, about 2 per receipt.

Which receipts can it read?

Printed and photographed receipts and invoices in Arabic and English, including supermarket slips, hotel bills, taxi receipts, utility bills and supplier invoices.

What happens to our receipt images?

They stay in your Prospera ERP, attached to the expense. Receipts are read by AI providers that do not use your data for training, and you can connect your own AI account.

Do we need new hardware or an app store download?

No. The phone app installs from the browser on iPhone and Android. Any phone with a camera works.
