Industries / Real estate and construction

Know what each project really costs.

Projects with their own budgets and job costing, materials issued to site, subcontractors handled as suppliers and clients billed by milestone.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Profit known at handover

You only learn whether a project made money after the last invoice is paid.

02

Materials that disappear

Cement and steel leave the warehouse without being charged to a project.

03

Subcontractor bills pile up

Bills arrive without a link to a purchase order or the work done, so overpayments slip through.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

PlanThe project is set up with a budget, milestones and its own cost center.
BuyMaterials are ordered against the project and delivered to site or to the main store.
BuildMaterial issues, labor timesheets and subcontractor bills are charged to the project as they happen.
BillEach completed milestone is invoiced, and margin to date is visible on the project.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Projects with budgets, tasks and cost centers
  • Job costing from materials, labor and subcontractors
  • Milestone billing against the contract value
  • Approval workflows for purchases above a limit
  • Materials issued from stock to each project
  • Subcontractors as suppliers with purchase orders
  • Site worker payroll with allowances
  • Equipment and vehicles as fixed assets

Good to know: Prospera does not prepare bills of quantities or progress certificates; quantity surveying stays in your estimating tools.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Is everything construction needs included?

Yes. Accounting, purchasing, stock and payroll come with projects, job costing and milestone billing, all in one plan.

Can we track materials per site?

Yes. Each site can be its own warehouse, and every issue is charged to the project that used it.

Can we bill clients on progress?

Yes, by milestone against the contract value. Prospera does not issue progress certificates, so measured progress stays with your engineers.
