Every unit's status

Available, reserved, rented or sold, per building.

Instalments collected

Payment plans per buyer, with reminders before each due date.

Rent invoiced on time

Lease contracts raise rent invoices on schedule.

Sites costed

Materials, labor and subcontractors booked to each project.

What it does

Sales, leasing and sites on the same books.

Every unit, contract and site cost sits on one record, so sales, collections and finance report the same numbers.

Units and rentals

Buildings, floors and units on record, each available, reserved, rented or sold, with rental units booked by the month or the year.

Lease contracts and recurring rent

Lease terms, deposits and rent schedules per tenant, with rent invoiced automatically each period and upcoming renewals listed in advance.

Unit sales with instalments and cheques

Units sold with a down payment and instalments over years, post-dated cheques recorded per buyer, and receivables by project and due date.

Projects and job costing

Each building or contract is a project. Materials, labor, equipment and subcontractor bills land on it, against its budget.

Milestone billing for contractors

Clients invoiced by agreed milestone or stage, with VAT and e-invoicing on every invoice.

Site materials and purchasing

Material requests from site, purchase orders and deliveries to each site warehouse, so materials used are charged to the right project.

Buyer and tenant pipeline

Leads from ads, brokers and walk-ins tracked to reservation, with site visit follow-ups on WhatsApp.

Approvals and budgets

Purchases and payments approved by amount and site, and checked against the project budget before they go out.

In the boardroom

Sales, sites and cash on one page.

Units sold, instalments collected and project costs come from the same books, so the board reviews one set of numbers.

Collections

Every instalment and every cheque, in view.

Sales, collections and finance see the same buyer: unit, payment plan, cheques in hand and what is overdue. Reminders go before a due date, not after it.

Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Is Prospera a specialist construction package?

No. Prospera handles projects, job costing, purchasing and milestone billing for contractors. It does not produce bills of quantities or progress certificates, and it is not a specialist construction package. The systems review tells you plainly whether it fits your contracts.

Can we sell units in instalments over several years?

Yes. Each sale carries a payment schedule with a down payment and instalments, post-dated cheques are recorded per buyer, and reminders go out before each due date.

How are rents invoiced?

Each lease sets the rent, the period and the deposit. Rent invoices are raised automatically each period, and leases coming up for renewal are listed in advance.

Can each project be a separate company?

Yes. Companies are unlimited and consolidated, each with its own books.

What is included?

Everything: units, rentals, leases, instalment sales and cheques, plus projects, job costing, milestone billing, approvals, budgets and CRM.
