Industries / Logistics and shipping

Profit on every shipment, before month end.

Each shipment runs as a project so freight, port and trucking costs sit against it, with sales and supplier bills in any currency and courier connections included.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Costs arrive after invoicing

Shipping line, port and clearance bills come weeks later, so margin per shipment is never clear.

02

Three currencies per job

You quote in USD, pay agents in AED and collect in EGP, and the differences get lost.

03

Couriers in separate portals

Delivery status and charges sit in courier portals, away from the invoice.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

QuoteSales price freight and services in the customer's currency.
OpenThe confirmed job becomes a project, and every cost is recorded against it.
MoveShipping line, customs and trucking bills are entered against the shipment in their own currencies.
CloseThe client is invoiced, and the shipment's margin is final before month end.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Sales and supplier bills in any currency
  • Exchange differences posted automatically
  • Customer credit limits and statements
  • Egypt e-invoice and ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices
  • Shipments as projects for cost and margin
  • Agent and sales commissions
  • Bosta and SMSA courier connections
  • Helpdesk for customer shipment questions

Good to know: Prospera is not a freight management or customs system; container tracking and customs declarations stay in your existing tools.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we see margin per shipment?

Yes. Each shipment is a project, so every bill and invoice posted to it builds its margin as costs arrive.

Which couriers connect?

Prospera Commerce connects to Bosta and SMSA. Other carriers can be connected through the REST API.

Can we bill in one currency and pay in another?

Yes. Every invoice and bill keeps its own currency, and exchange differences are posted when payments are made.
