Is Prospera a freight management system?

Prospera runs the accounts, job costing, billing and collections behind your operations. It does not replace a specialist freight booking or tracking system. If you use one, it connects through the REST API, which is included.

How is a shipment costed?

Each shipment or file is a project. Carrier bills, port charges, clearing and trucking are booked to it as they arrive, and the customer invoice is raised from the same project, so the margin is always current.

How do you handle duties we pay for customers?

They are recharged at cost on their own invoice lines with the right tax treatment, kept apart from your service fees, so revenue and VAT are reported correctly.

Which couriers are connected?

Bosta, SMSA and Amazon, through Prospera Commerce, which is included.

Can we bill in USD and report in EGP?

Yes. Each invoice and bill keeps its own currency, and reports show both the transaction currency and your company currency.
