Yes. Trip-based clients are invoiced from completed trips, and monthly contracts use recurring invoices.

Can we see fuel consumption?

Fuel logs and odometer readings per vehicle show consumption over any period, so unusual refills stand out.

Do drivers need users?

No. Drivers use the free Employee Portal for payslips and requests. Only staff who work in Prospera every day need users.
