Every appointment, booked and paid.

Bookings by stylist and service, retail products on the same bill, prepaid packages that show every visit used, and staff commissions worked out for you.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Double-booked chairs

Appointments live in a notebook or on one phone, so two clients arrive for the same stylist at the same time.

02

Packages nobody can track

A client pays for ten sessions up front, and three months later nobody knows how many are left.

03

Commissions from memory

Staff earn a share of services and product sales, and the numbers are rebuilt from receipts every month.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

MorningThe day's appointments sit on each stylist's calendar, with the client's history one click away.
At the chairServices and retail products go on one bill at the till, and the e-receipt is issued.
AfternoonA package client redeems a visit, and the remaining credit updates on their account.
Month endPayroll adds each stylist's commission, and stock shows which products to reorder.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Appointments by staff member, service and room
  • One bill for services and retail products
  • Prepaid packages held as credit on the client account
  • Product stock with batch and expiry dates
  • Back room products issued and costed separately from retail

  • Loyalty points and WhatsApp follow-ups

Good to know: Prospera keeps client notes and attachments, but it is not a medical records system for clinical treatments.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

How do prepaid packages work?

The package is paid up front and held as credit on the client's account. Each visit is invoiced and settled against that credit, so you always see what remains.

Can we track products used in treatments?

Yes. Products used in the back room are issued from stock as consumption, separate from retail sales, so you see the real cost of each service.

Are commissions calculated for us?

Yes. Commissions are worked out from each stylist's sales and added to that month's payroll.
