Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

How do memberships renew?

Each membership is a subscription with its own period and price. Prospera raises the renewal invoice on schedule, and you can send a payment link with it. Unpaid renewals show as overdue on the member's record.

Can members pay online?

Yes. Invoices can carry a payment link through supported payment gateways. Which gateway suits your country and bank is agreed in the systems review.

Do you track class attendance?

Yes. Classes and sessions are bookings against a coach, room or therapist, and members are checked in on arrival, so you see attendance per class and per member.

Is there a member app?

No, there is no dedicated member app. Members receive invoices, payment links and reminders by email and by WhatsApp.

How are prepaid packages accounted for?

Deferred revenue spreads a prepaid membership or package over the months it covers, so revenue is reported as it is earned.
