Run your gym on one system.

Memberships that bill on schedule, check-ins at the door, supplements sold at the counter and trainers paid correctly, all on the same member record and the same books.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Renewals slip through

Members keep training after their plan ends because nobody sees the expiry date until the month is over.

02

Cash at the counter

Supplement and drink sales go into a drawer and never reach the books with the right stock count.

03

Trainer pay by spreadsheet

Personal training sessions and commissions are counted by hand, and every payroll starts an argument.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

OpeningMembers check in against their membership or class booking, and the front desk sees who is active and who is overdue.
MiddayShakes, supplements and towels are sold at the till, which keeps selling if the internet drops.
EveningPersonal training sessions are booked on each trainer's calendar and billed to the member.
Month endMembership invoices renew with e-receipts, and payroll includes what each trainer earned.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

How are memberships billed?

Each membership is a recurring invoice on the member's account, so renewals go out on schedule with the right tax and e-receipt, and overdue members appear in one list.

Can we run several branches?

Yes. Each branch can have its own tills, stock and cost center while you keep one set of books. Separate legal companies are included too, with consolidated reports.

How are trainer commissions handled?

Commissions are calculated from the sales credited to each trainer and added to that month's payroll.
