What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Shades that do not match

A customer comes back for more tiles and the new boxes are from a different shade or batch.

02

Square meters versus boxes

Customers order in square meters, the warehouse counts boxes, and the conversion is done on a calculator.

03

Contractors on credit and cheques

Large orders are paid by post-dated cheques, and tracking them is a full-time job.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

ReceivingContainers are received by batch and shade into each warehouse, with landed cost added to the stock value.
QuotingA contractor's order is quoted in square meters, and Prospera converts it to full boxes from the chosen batch.
DeliveringDelivery notes pick from a single batch and shade, and breakages are recorded against stock.
CollectingInvoices follow on the customer's credit terms, and post-dated cheques are tracked to clearing.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can I stop a delivery mixing two batches?

Yes. Staff pick a specific batch on the delivery note, and stock reports show what is left per batch and shade.

How does the square meter conversion work?

Each tile size has its own conversion between boxes and square meters, so quotes, deliveries and stock all stay in step.

Can I see the full cost of an imported container?

Yes. Freight, customs and clearing are added as landed cost and spread across the tiles received.
