What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Batch tracing takes days

When a batch is questioned, finding every pharmacy that received it means searching paper delivery notes.

02

Rep performance is a guess

Targets live in spreadsheets, and commissions are argued over at the end of each quarter.

03

Returns pile up unrecorded

Expired and damaged returns arrive from pharmacies without a clear link to the original sale.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

OrderPharmacy and hospital orders are checked against credit limits before they are confirmed.
DispatchStock is picked first-expiry-first-out and the batch prints on every delivery note.
FieldMedical reps follow their targets and their customers' open orders and balances.
ReturnsReturns are received against the original invoice into a quarantine warehouse and credited.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Batch and expiry on every receipt, sale and return
  • First-expiry-first-out picking across warehouses
  • Trace any batch to every customer who received it
  • Returns into a separate quarantine warehouse
  • Credit limits, payment terms and post-dated cheques
  • Egypt e-invoice and ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices
  • Medical rep targets and commissions
  • Landed cost for imported products

Good to know: Prospera does not handle product registration with health authorities or pharmacovigilance reporting; those stay with your regulatory team.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we find every customer who received a batch?

Yes. Batch numbers travel with every delivery note and invoice, so one report lists every customer, quantity and date for that batch.

How are returns from pharmacies handled?

Returns are received against the original invoice with their batch numbers, placed in a quarantine warehouse, and credited to the customer once approved.

Are medical rep targets and commissions included?

Yes. Targets and commissions are included, along with CRM, approvals and landed cost.
