Can we manage van sales?

Yes, as a stock and delivery process. Each van is set up as a warehouse, loaded by stock transfer, and its deliveries and returns post against it. We agree the route and end-of-day settlement steps with you during setup.

How do credit limits work?

You set a limit and payment terms per customer or customer group. When a new order takes the customer over the limit, it is held until someone with credit authority releases it, so sales and finance agree before goods leave.

How do you handle post-dated cheques?

Each cheque is recorded against the customer and the invoices it settles, with its due date and bank. You see what is due to deposit each day, and a bounced cheque reopens the balance automatically.

We import from abroad. Is that covered?

Yes. Purchase orders and supplier bills can be in USD, EUR or any currency. Landed cost spreads freight, customs and clearing over the items received.

Is there a limit on warehouses or products?

No. Warehouses, products and branches are unlimited. You pay for your team, not for how much you stock.
