School fees, collected and reconciled.

Every student on one account, fees split into instalments, transport and activities billed as extras, and staff salaries on the same books, so each term closes without chasing paper.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Instalments in a ledger book

Parents pay in three or four parts, and the finance office tracks each one by hand.

02

Extras that go unbilled

Bus seats, uniforms and after-school activities change mid-term, and some never reach an invoice.

03

Discounts applied unevenly

Siblings and staff children get different discounts, and parents receive confusing statements.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

EnrolmentA new student is added as a customer with the parent's contact details and the fee plan for the year.
BillingTerm fees are invoiced with an instalment schedule, with bus and activities as separate lines.
CollectionBank transfers, card payments and cheques are matched to the right instalment.
Month endTeacher and staff payroll runs, and the principal sees fees collected against fees due.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can parents pay in instalments?

Yes. Each fee invoice carries its own instalment schedule with due dates, and every payment is applied to the right instalment.

Can we see who is overdue?

Yes. The receivables report lists every overdue instalment by student, and parents can receive a statement of what is paid and what is due.

Does Prospera replace our school management system?

No. Prospera runs fees, purchasing and payroll. Grades and attendance stay in your school system, which can share student data through the REST API.
