What it does

Enrolment, fees and classes on one record.

The registrar, the trainers and the accountant work from the same student, so fees, attendance and the books agree.

Students and sponsors as customers

Each student, parent or sponsoring company is a customer, with their courses, invoices and payments on one record.

Course fees, instalments and e-invoicing

Fees split into instalments with due dates and reminders, and invoices issued as Egyptian e-invoices or ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices where they apply.

Classes and attendance

Sessions booked against a trainer and a room, and attendance recorded per student for every class.

Online payment links

Parents and students pay fees from a link sent with the invoice, through supported payment gateways.

Enrolment pipeline

Inquiries from ads, walk-ins and WhatsApp tracked to enrolment, with follow-ups for the next intake.

Your team

Teach more. Chase less.

Fees, attendance and trainer pay sit on one record, so your team spends its time on students, not spreadsheets.

Fees

Who has paid, who is due, who is late.

The registrar and the accountant look at the same student record: courses, instalments, payments and attendance. Reminders go out before a due date, not after it.

Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Is Prospera a school management system?

Prospera runs fees, instalments, attendance, payroll, purchasing and the books, with a learning platform for online courses. It is not a full student information system for grades, timetables or ministry reporting. If you already use one, it connects through the REST API.

Can parents pay in instalments?

Yes. Each enrolment can carry a payment schedule with due dates, reminders go out before each instalment, and invoices can include a payment link through supported payment gateways.

Is the learning platform included?

Yes. The learning platform and website builder are included, along with fees, attendance, bookings, payroll and CRM with WhatsApp.

Can a company pay for its staff's training?

Yes. The company is the customer and is invoiced for the program, while each trainee's attendance is recorded on their own record.

Does every trainer need a user?

Only trainers who work in the system need a user. Trainers who only check in, request leave and see payslips use the Employee Portal, and payroll and the portal are free for everyone.
