Does Prospera replace our property system or booking engine?

No. Your property system or booking engine keeps taking reservations. Prospera runs the accounts, suppliers, payroll and stock behind it. A REST API is included, and in the systems review we look at how your reservation data should reach the books.

Can we invoice in EUR and pay suppliers in USD?

Yes. Invoices and supplier bills can be in any currency, and exchange gains and losses post when the payment arrives or leaves.

How do agent commissions work?

You set commission rates per agent or sales partner. Prospera calculates commission from invoiced sales, so you pay on what was billed.

Can our hotel company and travel agency share one system?

Yes. Companies are unlimited, with consolidated reports. Each company keeps its own books, tax settings and currency.

Is payroll covered for seasonal staff?

Yes. HR and payroll are included. Payroll is free for every employee, and the Employee Portal is free for every employee too.
