What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Materials vanish into jobs

Paint, hardener and sanding discs are used without being recorded against any car.

02

Quotes miss the real cost

Jobs are priced from habit, and expensive colors eat the margin.

03

Insurance jobs pay slowly

Claims for insurer-approved repairs are chased by phone and paper.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Paints and materials issued per job via work orders

  • Reorder levels for paints, thinners and abrasives

Good to know: Prospera does not connect to color-matching devices or paint mixing machines; formulas from those are entered into Prospera by your team.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we see the material cost of each job?

Yes. Every paint and material issued through a work order is costed to that job, so you can compare it with the quote.

Can we save our mixing formulas?

Each formula can be a bill of materials, so mixing a color draws the right quantities of each component from stock.

How are insurance repairs billed?

The insurer is a customer with its own terms. Its approved share is invoiced and tracked until paid, and the customer pays any excess.
