Every car by VIN

Each vehicle tracked from purchase to sale by its serial.

Parts where expected

Spare parts by warehouse and branch, reordered on time.

Jobs billed in full

Parts and labor on every work order reach the invoice.

Rentals on the books

Rental cars reserved, handed over and invoiced per vehicle.

What it does

Vehicles, parts and the workshop, on one record.

Sales, the parts store and the workshop draw from the same stock, so every vehicle and every job carries its real cost.

Vehicles by VIN

Each car, motorcycle or machine received with its VIN as a serial number, so you know where it is, what it cost and who bought it.

Instalment sales and e-invoicing

Vehicles sold for cash or in instalments on a payment schedule, invoiced as Egyptian e-invoices or ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices, and followed to the last payment.

Spare parts inventory

Thousands of part numbers across warehouses and branches, with alternative parts and reorder levels.

Workshop work orders

Each job carries the vehicle, the technician, the parts issued and the labor hours, and closes into one invoice.

Service bookings and rentals

Service appointments booked by bay or technician, and rental vehicles reserved, handed over and invoiced by the day.

Showroom pipeline

Every test drive, quote and finance inquiry tracked in the pipeline, with WhatsApp follow-up until the deal closes.

Sales commissions

Commission per salesperson on vehicles and parts, calculated from invoiced sales.

Landed cost on imports

Freight, customs and clearing spread over imported vehicles and parts, so every unit carries its full cost.

In the parts store

The right part, on the right job.

Parts leave stock against the work order that used them, so the job, the stock count and the invoice all agree.

Showroom and workshop

Every vehicle and every job, on one screen.

Sales sees which cars are in stock and reserved. The workshop sees today's jobs and the parts they need. Finance sees both, already invoiced.

Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Can we track each vehicle by VIN?

Yes. Each vehicle is received with its VIN as a serial number, so its purchase cost, sale, warranty dates and service history stay on one record.

Is Prospera a dealer management system?

Prospera runs vehicle and parts stock, sales, instalments, workshop work orders, rentals, payroll and the books. It does not connect to manufacturer warranty or parts ordering portals out of the box; where a manufacturer allows it, those can connect through the REST API.

Do you support instalment sales?

Yes. Each sale can carry a payment schedule, reminders go out before each due date, and receivables aging shows what is overdue by customer.

Can the parts counter sell to walk-in customers?

Yes. The parts counter can run as a point of sale on the same stock, and it keeps selling if the internet drops.

What is included?

Everything: vehicles, parts, work orders, bookings and rentals, plus CRM, landed cost and sales commissions.
