Does every cleaner need a paid user?

No. Payroll and the Employee Portal are free for every cleaner. Only supervisors and office staff who work in the system need users.

Can we bill deep cleans on top of the contract?

Yes. One-off jobs are invoiced separately or added to the next invoice, priced from your price list.

Can we run payroll in Egypt and the UAE?

Payroll covers Egyptian social insurance and Gulf needs such as end of service and WPS salary files. You can run both companies on one system, with consolidated reports.
