No visit forgotten

The next visit is scheduled from the last one, with a reminder.

Jobs on the record

Technician, parts and hours logged on every work order.

Contracts that bill

Monthly and annual contracts invoiced on schedule, with VAT.

Parts accounted for

Parts used on a job leave stock and reach the invoice.

What it does

From the booking to the invoice, one record.

Dispatch, technicians and finance work from the same customer, the same contract and the same job.

Bookings and appointments

Customers book a slot online or through your team, and the visit lands on the right technician's calendar with a confirmation sent.

Follow-up visits and reminders

Set the service interval once. The next visit is scheduled from the last one, and the customer is reminded before it is due.

Work orders

Each job carries the technician, the parts issued and the hours spent, and closes into an invoice when the work is signed off.

Recurring invoices and e-invoicing

Maintenance contracts and retainers invoiced automatically each month or year, as Egyptian e-invoices or ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices.

Parts and van stock

Spare parts and consumables held per warehouse or per van, issued to each job and reordered before they run out.

Renewals and quotes in the CRM

New site quotes and contracts coming up for renewal tracked in the pipeline, with WhatsApp follow-up before a contract lapses.

Service requests with service levels

Customer requests logged as helpdesk tickets with response targets, so urgent calls are answered first.

Field staff on payroll

Technicians and cleaners on Egyptian or Gulf payroll, with attendance, shifts and overtime.

At the service desk

Every call becomes a booked visit.

The person who answers the phone books the visit, and the technician, the parts and the invoice follow from that one record.

Today's visits

Every technician's day, on one screen.

Dispatch sees which visits are booked, which are running late and which work orders are ready to invoice. Finance sees the same jobs, already priced.

Reminders on timeCustomers are reminded before each visit falls due.

Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Can customers be reminded before a visit is due?

Yes. You set the service interval on the contract, follow-up visits are scheduled from the last one, and reminders go to the customer by email or WhatsApp before each visit.

We bill some customers per visit and others per contract. Is that covered?

Yes. Contract customers are invoiced automatically on schedule, and one-off visits are invoiced from the closed work order, with parts and labor on the same invoice.

Do technicians need a user?

Technicians who update work orders need a user. Staff who only check in, request leave, submit expenses and see payslips use the Employee Portal, and payroll and the portal are free for everyone. Prospera works in any phone browser.

What is included?

Everything: bookings, work orders, recurring invoices, stock and payroll, plus CRM with pipeline and WhatsApp and the helpdesk with service levels.
