Every rental unit, tracked by serial.

Equipment held as rental units with serial numbers, contracts that bill on schedule, deposits kept apart from revenue, and maintenance logs that show what each unit costs to run.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Where is unit 14?

Nobody knows which customer has which machine until someone drives to the site.

02

Deposits mixed with rent

Security deposits sit in the same account as rent, so refunds are slow and often wrong.

03

Maintenance cost unknown

Repairs and spare parts are paid, but nobody can tell which units earn money and which drain it.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

QuoteSales quote a daily, weekly or monthly rate for the unit and the dates.
DispatchThe contract assigns serial numbers, the deposit is received and the unit leaves the yard.
On hireRent invoices go out on schedule, and service visits are logged against the unit.
ReturnThe unit is checked in, damage is billed and the deposit is refunded or applied.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we rent and sell the same equipment?

Yes. Each unit keeps its serial number and history, so a machine can be rented for years and then sold with its full record.

How are deposits handled?

Deposits are received into a separate liability account against the customer, then refunded or applied to damage when the unit comes back.

Can we plan preventive maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance schedules per unit create tasks before the due date, and each visit records the parts and labor used.
