What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Insurance money arrives late

Claims are tracked in spreadsheets, so nobody knows which visits an insurer has paid.

02

Reception and accounts disagree

Cash taken at the front desk is reconciled with the books days later, if at all.

03

Doctor shares are worked out by hand

Each month someone rebuilds every doctor's share from paper lists.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

BookingReception books the visit by doctor and time slot from the bookings calendar.
VisitAfter the visit the patient pays their share and the insurer's share goes on its own invoice.
Month endEach insurer gets one statement of open visits against its credit terms.
CollectionPayments are matched to visits, and anything overdue shows in the ageing report.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we keep our current medical records system?

Yes. Prospera handles bookings, billing, stock and payroll. Your clinical system keeps the medical record, and the two can exchange data through the REST API.

How are insurance companies handled?

Each insurer is a customer with its own price list and credit terms. Their share of each visit is invoiced to them and tracked until paid.

Can we run several branches?

Yes. Branches, warehouses and tills are unlimited, and you can see revenue and collections per branch or for the whole clinic.
