What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Package balances are unclear

Patients on follow-up programs pay in parts, and the remaining balance lives in a notebook.

02

Scans and visits are hard to schedule

Ultrasound slots, doctor visits and walk-ins share one diary.

03

Doctor shares cause disputes

Packages, scans and procedures each pay doctors differently, worked out by hand.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

How does package billing work?

Each program is an item with its price. The invoice carries a payment schedule, so you see what is paid, what is due next and what remains.

Can insurers pay part of a package?

Yes. The insurer's share is invoiced to the insurer as a customer, with its own credit terms, and the patient pays the rest.

Can we book ultrasound rooms separately from doctors?

Yes. Bookings can be set by doctor and by room, so the scan room and the doctor's diary are planned together.
