What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Too many price lists

Walk-in, corporate and insurer prices differ for every test and live in separate files.

02

Contract clients pay late

Company and insurer invoices are compiled by hand, so statements go out late.

03

Reagents expire unused

Kits are ordered by habit and expire in the fridge before they are opened.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

ReceptionThe patient's tests are billed at the right price list for their company or insurer.
Collection pointsBranches and collection points sell from their own tills and stock.
LabReagents are issued to each section by batch, so usage and expiry stay visible.
Month endEach contract client receives one statement, and overdue balances show in ageing.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Test price lists per contract, insurer or walk-in
  • Companies and insurers on credit terms

Good to know: Prospera is not a laboratory information system; samples, results and analyzer connections stay in your LIS, which can exchange billing data through the REST API.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we keep separate prices for each insurer?

Yes. Each contract has its own price list, and the right one is applied automatically when the patient is linked to that company or insurer.

Does Prospera connect to our analyzers?

No. Analyzers and results belong in your laboratory information system. Prospera handles billing, contracts, stock and payroll.

How are reagents tracked?

Each kit is received with its lot number and expiry date, issued to the section that uses it, and flagged as it nears expiry.
