Industries / Medical and clinics

Run your pharmacy on one system.

Every box you sell, return or receive is tracked by batch and expiry, and every sale issues its e-receipt. Your shelves, your tills and your books agree.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Expired stock found too late

Short-dated boxes sit on the back shelf until they can only be written off.

02

Tills and stock disagree

Sales go through the till, but the stock count and the accounts are updated by hand later.

03

Supplier returns get lost

Returned and near-expiry items leave the shelf, yet the credit from the supplier never arrives.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

MorningThe near-expiry list shows which batches to move to the front or return this week.
At the counterThe till scans the barcode, picks the right batch and issues the e-receipt, even offline.
AfternoonSupplier deliveries are received against the purchase order with batch and expiry captured.
ClosingEach till is closed against cash and cards, and the day's sales are already in the books.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Batch and expiry on every item and movement
  • Near-expiry alerts by branch and supplier
  • First-expiry-first-out picking at the till
  • Point of sale that keeps selling offline
  • Egypt e-receipts and ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices
  • Supplier returns with debit notes tracked to settlement
  • Unlimited branches and warehouses
  • Loyalty points for regular customers

Good to know: Prospera does not include a drug-interaction database or a prescription system; pharmacists keep using their clinical references for that.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can each branch see stock at the other branches?

Yes. Each branch is a warehouse, and staff can check quantities and batches at other branches before they turn a customer away or request a transfer.

What happens to the till when the internet drops?

The point of sale keeps selling and printing receipts. Sales sync and e-receipts are submitted once the connection is back.

How do supplier returns work?

Return items against the original purchase with the batch numbers. Prospera raises a debit note and keeps it open until the supplier credits or refunds you.
