No double bookings

Every doctor and room booked from one front desk.

Insurers billed on time

Insurance companies invoiced as customers, with monthly statements.

Medicines by expiry

Batch and expiry on every item, nearest expiry sold first.

Staff paid correctly

Salaries, shifts and overtime for doctors, nurses and reception.

What it does

The front desk, the pharmacy and the books.

Appointments, payments, insurers and stock work from the same records, so the day closes with numbers that agree.

Appointments and bookings

Patients book by phone or online, each doctor and room has its own calendar, and confirmations go out automatically.

Patient billing and e-receipts

Consultations, procedures and lab tests priced from your service list and paid at the desk, with Egyptian e-receipts and ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices.

Insurance companies as customers

Each insurer is a customer with its own price list and credit terms. Invoice the insurer's share, send monthly statements and follow every balance to payment.

Pharmacy stock with batch and expiry

Medicines and consumables tracked by batch and expiry, picked nearest expiry first, with a report of batches close to expiring.

Pharmacy counter

A point of sale for the pharmacy that keeps selling offline and issues an e-receipt with every sale.

Patient follow-up in the CRM

Follow-up visits and treatment packages reminded on WhatsApp, and corporate and insurance contracts tracked through the pipeline.

Payroll and shifts

Doctors, nurses and front desk staff on Egyptian or Gulf payroll, with attendance, shifts and overtime.

Clinical systems through the REST API

Prospera does not keep clinical records. Your medical records system connects through the REST API, so billing and stock stay in step.

On the phone

Bookings answered, not lost.

Whoever takes the call books the slot on the right calendar, and the visit, the payment and the invoice follow from it.

Front desk

Today's patients, and who pays what.

Reception sees the day's appointments, who has paid and which visits go to an insurer. Finance sees the same visits as invoices, with the patient's share and the insurer's share billed separately.

Insurer price listsEach insurer's agreed prices applied automatically.
Cash closed each shiftFront desk cash and card counted per shift.
Monthly statementsOne statement per insurer, ready at month end.

Questions

Good questions.

Not answered here? The free systems review covers it with your own processes.

Does Prospera keep medical records?

No. Prospera runs appointments, billing, insurance invoicing, pharmacy stock, payroll and the books. It is not medical records software and does not hold a medical software certification. Your clinical system connects through the REST API, which is included.

How do you invoice insurance companies?

Each insurer is set up as a customer with its own price list and payment terms. The insurer's share of each visit is invoiced to them, the patient pays the rest at the desk, and you send one statement per insurer each month.

Can the pharmacy sell from the same stock?

Yes. The pharmacy counter is a point of sale on the same warehouses, with batch and expiry on every item, so stock and cost of sales stay right.

We have several branches. Is that a problem?

No. Branches, tills and warehouses are unlimited. If your branches are separate companies, companies are unlimited too, with consolidated reports.

What is included?

Everything: bookings, patient billing, insurance invoicing, pharmacy stock, point of sale and payroll, plus CRM with WhatsApp follow-up.
