Run your firm on one system.

Clients, engagements, timesheets and retainer billing in one place, on the same books your firm closes each month. See which engagements earn their fees and which cost more than they pay.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Hours that never reach an invoice

Staff work late through audit season, but much of that time is never logged against a client, so fees are set by habit.

02

Retainers chased by hand

Monthly bookkeeping and tax retainers depend on someone remembering to issue the invoice and follow up.

03

No view of engagement margin

You know total fees for the year, but not which clients take more staff time than they pay for.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

New clientThe client is created once, with contacts, tax card number and the signed engagement letter in the document drive.
EngagementEach audit, tax filing or bookkeeping job opens as a project with tasks, an hours budget and the assigned team.
TimesheetsStaff log hours against the engagement, each costed at their rate, so the partner sees budget against actual.
BillingRetainers invoice on schedule, and extra work is billed from approved hours with VAT and e-invoicing applied.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Client records with contacts, documents and fee history
  • Engagements as projects with hour budgets
  • Timesheets costed at each staff member's rate
  • Monthly retainer invoices issued on schedule
  • Billing from approved hours or fixed fees
  • Up to 3 companies for the firm's own entities
  • Egypt e-invoice and ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices
  • Engagement letters and working papers in the document drive

Good to know: Prospera runs your practice and your firm's own books; it is not audit sampling or working-paper software, so that tool stays alongside it.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can we keep our clients' books in Prospera too?

Each client you keep books for needs its own company in Prospera. Companies are unlimited, so most firms start with their own practice and plan client books with us in the systems review.

Do junior staff need a user to log time?

Anyone who logs timesheets works in the system, so they need a user. Staff who only request leave, submit expense claims and view payslips use the Employee Portal, free.

How are retainers and extra work billed together?

The retainer runs as a recurring invoice. Hours outside its scope are logged on the engagement and billed separately, or added to the next invoice, once a partner approves them.
