Know which engagements make money.

Proposals, projects, consultant timesheets and milestone billing on one record. See margin while the engagement is still running, not after the final invoice.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Proposals priced from memory

Every proposal starts from a blank sheet because the real effort on past engagements was never recorded.

02

Utilization nobody can see

Some consultants are stretched and others underused, but timesheets sit in spreadsheets nobody consolidates.

03

Invoices lag behind delivery

A phase is signed off by email, and the invoice goes out weeks later, if someone remembers.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

ProposalThe opportunity moves through the CRM pipeline and becomes a quote with phases, fees and payment terms.
KickoffThe accepted quote becomes a project with milestones, tasks, an hours budget and the assigned consultants.
DeliveryConsultants log time and travel expenses against the project, so cost builds up as the work happens.
Sign-offWhen the client approves a milestone, its invoice is issued with VAT and e-invoicing, and the margin updates.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Pipeline from first meeting to accepted proposal
  • Projects with milestones, tasks and hour budgets
  • Timesheets with billing and cost rates
  • Milestone, hourly or mixed billing per project
  • Travel and expense claims charged to projects
  • Commissions for partners who bring in work
  • Budget against actual for each engagement
  • Payroll for consultants and support staff

Good to know: Prospera has no resource planning board for booking consultants weeks ahead; teams plan from project tasks and timesheets.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can some clients pay by the hour and others by milestone?

Yes. Each project has its own billing method, so fixed-fee, hourly and mixed engagements sit side by side in the same books.

Will we see margin per consultant as well as per project?

Timesheets carry each person's cost rate, so reports show hours, cost and billed value by consultant and by project.

We work in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Is that one system?

Yes. Run several companies, for example an Egyptian entity issuing e-invoices and a Saudi entity issuing ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices, with consolidated reports.
