What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Quotes rebuilt for every file

Rates differ by language pair, subject and urgency, so each quote means searching old emails for the right price.

02

Freelancer payments out of step

Freelancers chase you for payment, and nobody is sure which jobs they have already billed.

03

Margin per job unknown

You know what the client paid, but not what the job cost after translation, review and certification.

The apps you would use

Built from Prospera apps, on one record.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

QuoteThe file is quoted from the price list by word or page count, with rush and certification as separate lines.
AssignThe accepted order becomes a project, and each translation and review step is a task given to a translator.
DeliverFreelancers are set up as suppliers, and their bill for the job is recorded at the agreed per-word rate.
InvoiceThe client invoice goes out on delivery, and the job shows revenue against translator cost.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can freelancers log in to see their jobs?

A freelancer who updates tasks in Prospera needs a user. Most agencies keep freelancers as suppliers, send files as usual and record delivery and the bill themselves.

Can one quote mix per-word and per-page rates?

Yes. Each line uses its own item and unit, so a contract priced per word and certificates priced per page sit on the same quote.

Can we pay translators abroad in their currency?

Yes. Suppliers can be billed and paid in foreign currency, and exchange differences are booked in the accounts automatically.
