Hosting, builds and support together.

Hosting and maintenance invoices that go out on time, website builds run as projects with timesheets and milestones, and client support tickets in the helpdesk.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Renewals that slip

Hosting and domain renewals depend on a calendar reminder, and every missed invoice is a month of free hosting.

02

Fixed-price builds that overrun

Scope grows during the build, and nobody sees the hours climbing until the project is already in loss.

03

Support lost in email

Clients write to whichever developer they know, and urgent issues wait because nobody owns the queue.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

SaleA hosting plan or build is quoted from your price list, with setup fees and monthly charges on separate lines.
BuildThe build runs as a project with milestones, and developers log hours against each task.
Go liveThe final milestone is invoiced at launch, and the hosting plan starts as a recurring invoice.
SupportClient requests arrive as helpdesk tickets with service levels, linked to the client.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Recurring invoices for hosting, domains and maintenance
  • Monthly, quarterly or yearly billing cycles
  • Build projects with milestones and timesheets
  • Budget against actual hours on fixed-price builds
  • Payment reminders for overdue renewals
  • Server and license costs by client or plan
  • Pipeline for new builds and upgrades
  • Helpdesk tickets with service levels

Good to know: Prospera does not provision servers or register domains; your hosting control panel stays in place, and Prospera handles billing, projects and support.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can hosting invoices go out automatically?

Yes. Each hosting plan is a recurring invoice on the client's chosen cycle, created and emailed on its date, with e-invoicing applied.

Are support tickets included?

Yes. The helpdesk is included, and support work can also be logged as tasks on a maintenance project and billed from timesheets.

Can we see what each hosting client really costs?

Server and license bills can carry a cost center for the client or plan, so you compare what each account costs with what it bills.
