Industries / POS and retail

Every size and color, every branch.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Size runs that never balance

Small sizes sell out while large sizes pile up, and the pattern only shows at season end.

02

Markdowns applied by hand

Staff cross out tags and type discounts, so the same item sells at different prices.

03

Exchanges that break the count

An exchange is recorded as a return in one place and a sale in another, or not at all.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

BuyingA new style is created once with its size and color grid, and each variant gets its own barcode.
SellingThe till scans the variant, applies any active markdown and issues the e-receipt.
ExchangingA return and the replacement go through the same till transaction, so stock and cash stay right.
ReviewingSales by style, size and color show what to reorder and what to move between branches.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Do I create every size and color as a separate item?

No. Create the style once with its attributes and Prospera generates each variant, while reports can still show the style as a whole.

Can I run a sale on one collection only?

Yes. A price rule can target an item group, a brand or chosen styles, for set dates and branches.

Can the online store share the same stock?

Yes. The Shopify connector keeps online orders and stock on the same record as your shops.
