Every handset tracked by its IMEI.

Each phone is bought, stored and sold by IMEI, so you always know where a handset came from and who bought it. Accessories, cards and repairs run through the same till.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Handsets with no history

When a phone comes back, nobody can confirm the IMEI matches the one that left the shop.

02

Fast-moving stock across branches

New models sell out in one branch while another holds stock nobody can see.

03

Thin margins, many payment types

Cash, card and wallet payments are reconciled by hand at the end of each day.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

ReceivingHandsets are received by scanning each IMEI against the supplier's invoice.
SellingThe till scans the IMEI, links it to the customer and issues the e-receipt, with accessories added to the same sale.
ServiceScreen and battery repairs are logged as work orders on the handset's IMEI, with parts deducted from stock.
ClosingEach payment method is counted separately at shift close, and branch stock is visible by model and IMEI.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can I search for a phone by IMEI?

Yes. Search any IMEI to see when it was received, from which supplier, when it was sold and to whom.

How do I handle colors and storage sizes?

Each model is an item with variants for color and storage, so stock and prices are kept per variant and reported per model.

Can I buy used phones from customers?

Yes. Record the purchase with the handset's IMEI, then resell it as its own item with its full history.
