What happens when the internet goes down?

Tills keep selling, printing receipts and taking cash and card. When the connection returns, every sale uploads, stock updates and pending e-receipts are submitted.

Do you charge per till or per branch?

No. Tills and branches are unlimited, and offline mode is included. You pay for the people who work in the system, not for how many counters you open.

Can each branch sell at its own prices?

Yes. Each till profile can use its own price list and its own warehouse, so a mall branch and a street branch can sell at different prices from their own stock.

Does it work for a café?

Yes, for counter service. Quick keys put your best sellers one tap away, time-limited offers run at the till, and coffee, milk and cups are bought and counted like any other stock. We review table service and kitchen needs with you in the systems review.

Is loyalty included?

Yes. Loyalty points and staff commissions are included, along with point of sale, offline tills and e-receipts.
