What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Hours tracked on paper

Start and end times are written down, and disputes over time played are common.

02

Snack stock that leaks

Drinks and snacks are sold without a record, and the count is always short.

03

No idea which stations pay

You cannot tell which consoles or PCs earn their place and which sit idle.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

BookingCustomers book a station for a set time, at the counter or by phone, with the hourly rate applied.
PlayingExtra time is added to the same booking, and drinks and snacks go on the same bill.
PayingThe customer pays for time and snacks in one transaction at the till, with an e-receipt.
ClosingThe shift closes against expected cash, and revenue per station is ready to review.

What is included

Everything you need, on one record.

  • Station time sold as hourly bookings
  • Separate rates for peak hours and weekends
  • Drinks and snacks sold through the same till
  • Snack stock tracked with reorder levels
  • Consoles and PCs recorded as fixed assets
  • Revenue per station and per hour of day
  • Loyalty points for regular players
  • WhatsApp booking confirmations

Good to know: Prospera books and bills station time; it does not switch consoles and PCs on or off or run a game timer on the device.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can Prospera switch a console off when time runs out?

No. Prospera handles bookings and billing. Station timers and device control stay with your gaming software or the staff on the floor.

Can I charge different rates at different times?

Yes. Set separate prices for peak hours, weekends or console types, and the right rate applies to each booking.

Can I track my consoles and controllers?

Yes. Consoles and PCs are fixed assets with depreciation, and controllers and accessories can be tracked as stock.
