Industries / POS and retail

Every measurement, order and fabric tracked.

Keep each customer's measurements on file, run every garment as a work order with fitting dates, and track fabric by the meter so you know what each order really costs.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Measurements in notebooks

A returning customer's measurements are in a book nobody can find.

02

Orders with no status

Garments move between cutting, sewing and finishing with no record of where each one is.

03

Fabric cost nobody tracks

Fabric is cut by the meter and never deducted, so you do not know what an order costs.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

MeasuringMeasurements are saved in custom fields on the customer and the order, ready for the next visit.
OrderingThe order is taken with a deposit, and a work order is created with the garment, fabric and fitting date.
MakingFabric is issued by the meter against the work order, which moves through cutting, sewing and finishing.
DeliveryAfter the final fitting, the balance is collected and the e-receipt is issued.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can I keep different measurements for different garments?

Yes. Custom fields can hold separate measurement sets, for example for suits and for shirts, on the same customer.

How do I know the status of each order?

Each order is a work order with stages, so you can list everything in cutting, sewing or waiting for fitting.

Can I sell fabric on its own as well?

Yes. Fabric is stock measured in meters, so you can sell it at the till or use it on orders.
