Industries / POS and retail

Every oil, bottle and blend counted.

Sell oils by the milliliter, bottles by the piece and gift sets as bundles. Prospera tracks every batch, every tester and every blend so your stock and margins stay honest.

What gets in the way

The problems we hear most.

01

Oils sold by volume, bought by weight

Suppliers bill by the kilo while the counter sells by the milliliter, and the gap never reconciles.

02

Testers and samples disappear

Testers, refills and free samples come out of stock with no record, so margins look better than they are.

03

Custom blends priced by feel

Staff price a mixed blend from memory, so two branches charge two prices for the same recipe.

How it works

A day in Prospera.

ReceivingOils arrive by the kilo and are converted to milliliters on receipt, each container tagged with its batch.
SellingThe till sells oils by volume, bottles by piece and gift sets as one bundle, with the e-receipt issued per sale.
BlendingA blend recipe deducts each oil and the empty bottle from stock and prices the result from its real cost.
CountingTesters and samples are booked out as recorded issues, and the weekly count shows true shrinkage per branch.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Can I sell the same oil by the milliliter and by the tola?

Yes. You set the units once with their conversion, and the till sells in whichever unit the customer asks for while stock stays in one unit.

How are custom blends handled?

A blend is a recipe. Making it deducts each oil and bottle from stock and gives the blend its true cost.

Can I keep wholesale and retail prices separate?

Yes. Each customer group or branch can use its own price list, and the till applies the right one automatically.
